    The disabled swimming club on Sundays from 2pm until 3pm. Renfrew Victory Baths is an Edwardian 25 yard pool with a great sense of history and tradition. Wheelchair access and a pool hoist are available on request.

    Dancing is a unique form of exercise because it provides the heart-healthy benefits of an aerobic exercise while also allowing you to engage in a social activity. Of all the physical activities, dancing involved the most mental effort. They meet Tuesdays 7:30pm to 9:30pm.
