To provide feedback:

- take part in the Friends and Family Test
- leave a review on the NHS Inform website

In support of this we operate a complaints procedure. Our system meets the nationally agreed criteria for dealing with NHS complaints. A leaflet giving details of our procedure is available at reception. If you are unhappy about any aspect of our services please contact the practice manager or you can complete a comments/suggestion form available at reception area.
